A collaborative one on one relationship in which I help you to explore the thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and experiences with the goal of improving your mental health as well as understanding more about yourself and the world. Individual therapy can be helpful for a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and more.

Adolescence is a time of significant change and can be challenging for many teens. I work with teens to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop coping strategies, improve communication, build self esteem, and strengthen relationships with family and friends.
